Refunds and cancellations

Ticket purchases are final. Changes of mind, personal circumstances and programme changes do not normally qualify for refunds or exchanges.

If a show is cancelled without rescheduling, or its confirmed date changes and you cannot attend, contact Dome Tokyo promptly through our contact page, quoting your order number. Eligible refunds may cover the ticket face value, excluding separately charged fees. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Keep your ticket and confirmation until your request is resolved. Free tickets have no cash refund value. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

払い戻し・公演中止

購入者都合や個人的事情、出演者・プログラムの変更による払い戻し・交換は原則として承りません。

振替のない公演中止、または確定した日程の変更で来場できない場合は、注文番号を添えてお問い合わせください。対象となる払い戻しは券面額を基本とし、別途手数料や交通・宿泊費は法令により必要な場合を除き対象外です。手続きが完了するまでチケットと注文確認を保管してください。無料券の現金払い戻しはありません。法令に基づく権利は制限されません。
